The vision

The Epping project (242 - 244 Beecroft Road) will provide a new mixed-use development just minutes from the Epping Station and Epping town centre. A concept proposal was prepared and approved in 2022 to allow for new homes and non-residential uses (including a minimum 5% Affordable Housing) which could allow for a combination of office, retail, cafe or medical spaces.

The site was released to market in 2021 and DASCO was the appointed development partner to deliver the detailed design and construction of the built form. DASCO’s State Significant Development Application was approved by Department of Planning and Environment in September 202
