Doran Drive Precinct

The Doran Drive Precinct will be the first place to be delivered in Hills Showground.  The approved concept proposal, prepared by Landcom on behalf of Sydney Metro, allows for around 440 homes, including a mix of one, two and three bedroom homes, with a minimum of 5% dedicated to Affordable Housing for key workers. The concept also allows around 10,900m² of retail, commercial and community space, including a village plaza surrounded by shops, businesses and a new supermarket.

Deicorp is the appointed developer of the site and has lodged a State Significant Development Application for the detailed design and construction.
